Slot-die Heads
We offer slot-die heads from the very small to the very large. The smallest are useful in the laboratory allowing you to slot-die coat as little as a single stripe while studying drying, coating or simply just learning the technique. The largest enabling you to slot-die coat fuel cells or thin film batteries on a large scale.
Roll-to-Roll Laminator
Maximize efficiency in your lab with the Roll-to-Roll Laminator. Perfect for encapsulating and protecting thin films, this laminator supports a range of adhesives, including PSA, hotmelt, and UV-curable types. Enjoy precision tension control, customizable web width options, and modular flexibility for scalable production. Ideal for batteries, sensors, and more.
Syringe Pumps
Our syringe pumps are designed to be an integrated part of our coating and printing equipment, but they can also operate as a standalone syringe pumps for your specific purposes. The syringe pumps (standard 0-20 mL) and Jumbo (0-60 mL) comes with a 5" color touch screen for easy use and ink flow configuration.
Gear Pump
Discover our advanced Gear Pump, engineered for precision and versatility across a wide range of fluid management needs. Featuring internal gear technology, this pump delivers consistent flow rates from 0.05 to 288 ml/min, accommodating various fluids, including non-Newtonian types.
Slurry Coater
The Slurry Coater is a fundamental wet film forming tool for the Laboratory Roll-to-Roll Coater platform enabling lab scale production of advanced functional thin films. This includes thin film batteries, fuel cells and printed solar cells
Air Knives
The air knife is a powerful piece of equipment for drying and rapid quenching of coated thin films, such as Perovskite solar cells, with compressed air or inert gas.
Ovens
The Laboratory Roll-to-Roll Coater accommodates various oven systems designed for the efficient drying and UV-curing of processed thin films. The oven systems are known for their compactness and user-friendly features, allowing for seamless addition, removal, or replacement in under a minute.
Flexographic Printing
The flexographic printing systems can be used for printing many types of ink materials on a wide variety of substrates. The Simple Flexo unit is for short and narrow test runs and the Advanced Flexographic system is specially designed for scaled R2R processing.
Fitting Kits
Our fitting kits arrive preassembled, featuring hoses and fittings tailored for seamless connection between your slot-die head and a syringe, ensuring smooth ink flow for slot-die coating.
